There were 36, Part 103 Ultralights, 1 experimental and 1 custom made Ro-dair built in the United States starting in 1982. No plans or kits were ever sold. The rights were sold to a company in Australia and SV-2's were sold there for several years. See Tom's Vampire Hanger for more info. |

Va. # 8 Ultralight (447 Rotax) -FL. # 10 Ultralight (KFM) - CO. # 12 Ultralight (Sent to AUS) # 14 Ultralight (Solo) - CN. # 16 Ultralight (447 Rotax) - AZ. # 18 Ultralight (503 Rotax) - WI. # 20 Ultralight (277 Rotax) -IA # 21 Ultralight (Solo and 340 Kaw. destroyed in a crash) # 26 Ultralight - (440 Kaw) - CA # 30 Ultralight (Had a KFM) -CA # ? One was found in Canada, crashed, and brought back to the US, but was destroyed in a fire before the serial number could be verified..... That leaves 22 unaccounted for !! |
